Teams is a centralized hub that can be used as a real-time meeting space for online meetings and presentations. Live broadcasting and video interface features allow presenters to connect and collaborate with members and guests in real time. Additionally, accessibility features can be found throughout Office 365 and Microsoft products. Within Teams meetings, there is an option to add captions. Captions allow members joining the meeting to have live, closed captions added to the screen while the presenter is speaking.
Monthly faculty meetings, class observation briefings, or any other staff meeting held within Teams can benefit from the live captioning feature.
